We ship to:  Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland , Czech Rep., Romania, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland.

Transport companies we work with: DHL and NACEX.

Deliveries 24 hours: Spain and Portugal.

Deliveries 72 hours: Rest of the countries .

Procedures:

Orders received before 11:00 am Madrid will be shipped the same day. If any item is missing, it will be removed from the order and we will return the money through the same payment method that was used.

It is the client's responsibility to have the mailbox with the correct and clear data so that the transport company can deliver the order to them as well as take care of specifying the delivery or other arrangements between client-agency / transport.

For your safety, always open the package in the presence of the carrier and note in writing in the referral guide that accompanies each order any deficiencies found.

All shipments, both national and international, are made through the servírituga services. The on-line system will calculate the exact cost of shipping costs based on its weight and the country of destination.

All orders have the delivery of the invoice inherent in the merchandise shipped. However, some countries may require additional documentation from the customer or may be subject to paying customs or any other taxes in the destination country. In these cases, the client is fully responsible for providing any documentation and / or payment that should be made to the customs of the country that receives the merchandise.

If the order is rejected or ignored by the client, the carrier will contact him to coordinate the delivery date, staying for 3 days in the destination country, at which time the procedures for returning it will begin. If the client requires the delivery of the order again, he must bear all the expenses originated by the return. In the event that the rejection is total and the order is returned, Europerfumes.es reserves the right to unsubscribe as a customer. (Only clients in Spain with cash on delivery)

If the merchandise does not correspond to the purchase made by it or the delivery note, Europerfumes.es will be responsible for all the expenses originated by the return and new delivery of the correct order.

RETURNS

All of our products are guaranteed and insured so if you receive your order and believe there are signs of breakage, please do not pick up the order and leave a record to the carrier. As soon as we have received the breakage notice, we will send you another new order at no additional cost.

If you receive the package and detect any incident, you must notify it in writing as soon as possible, attaching images if fwas necessary.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The buyer can cancel his order at any time. It will also bear the shipping and return costs to our facilities if the order had been sent. If the buyer does not want to bear the costs, Europerfumes.es reserves the right to block said user from its database.
